Card payments and chargebacks
When you make a payment via our payment gateway, this will later appear on your bank/card statement under the name “Storm”, which is our processor name.
If you claim a chargeback against any payments made then this payment will be removed from your account along with a charge of £25 per transaction, to cover our transaction costs.
Chargebacks are irreversible, so if one is created then your account will be debited with the charge cost plus the original payment amount.
