How to view and edit where my calls are forwarded to
To view and edit your forwarding destinations or members is really simple. From your main Dashboard click on “my phone numbers” This will then take you to your numbers section where you can instantly view the forwarding destinations for your number/s
If you want to simply change or edit where calls are forwarded to, click the “edit call forwarding group” button
This will then take you to the forwarding group settings page – just click on the top option “forward calls to”
This will then display the active forwarding locations, and also allow you to add new forwarding locations – these can be landline or mobile numbers. Or, you can click on the “voip users” tab to add voip users into the call group
Once you are happy with the settings, just click close and the settings are instantly updated for you.
