Whether it’s a day, a weekend, or a seasonal break, you can easily pause incoming calls, play a custom message, redirect to voicemail, or forward to another number, all in just a few clicks!
The Temporary Closed feature lets you easily set a date range to close and reopen your number, along with custom call handling during the closed period.
You can choose to forward calls to a ring group, ideal if you want to offer an out-of-hours service by routing calls to alternative numbers or VoIP users who can handle them.
Alternatively, you can direct calls straight to voicemail, ensuring no enquiry is missed. Voicemails can be emailed to you automatically, so you can listen and respond at your convenience.
Closed rules can be applied per number, giving you full control, perfect for managing multiple businesses or setting different service levels across various numbers.
We’ve even pre-loaded popular holiday dates, like Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, so that you can activate them with a single click.
For custom closures, simply select the date and time you want to close and reopen. You can schedule closures up to 12 months in advance, making it easy to plan for bank holidays, annual leave, or seasonal downtime.
