Do I need to purchase or install any special equipment or software?
Call forwarding does not require any special equipment or software, you simply enter your telephone number where you will be answering the call and that’s it!
If you would prefer to use VoIP to answer or make outbound calls, then this is most commonly achieved by using an app onto a mobile phone. Once the app is installed, set up of the VoIP user is automatic by scanning a QR code – it’s very simple.
