Porting a number is a simple process, much like transferring your mobile number between networks. First, sign up for a free account with a temporary number. Once you’re set up, go to the ‘Number Porting’ section in your online customer portal to submit your port request.
Our team will take it from there, working directly with your current provider to complete the transfer. You’ll be kept updated through your dashboard as the request progresses.
What to Expect
The porting process typically takes around 14 days, depending on how quickly your current provider responds. Once complete, your number will appear in your portal, ready for you to use with call routing, VoIP/SIP services, and call bundles, so you can receive calls for free and make outbound calls using your ported number.
