Notice of Assignment of Commercial Relationship
Effective Date: 13th June 2025

This notice is to inform customers of an important update regarding their prepaid service agreement(s) with Zeb Telecom Ltd (“the Company”). Effective 13th June 2025 (“Effective Date”), all existing prepaid service agreements (including amendments and renewals) will be assigned as follows:

  • Customers based in the United States or the UAE will remain with Zeb Telecom Ltd (a UK-based company).
  • Customers in all other jurisdictions will be assigned to and invoiced by Raxxla LLC (“the Transferee”), a US-based entity.

This assignment includes all rights, title, interest, and benefits under your agreement(s). The change will be reflected on your first invoice issued on or after the Effective Date.

  • No changes to your current services or terms: Your prepaid services, balances, and benefits will continue uninterrupted.
  • Same support channels: Contact our team via your usual methods for assistance.
  • Future governance: For customers assigned to Raxxla LLC, any renewals or disputes will be subject to Delaware, USA law (see “Governing Law” below).

✔ Uninterrupted Services: No changes to your prepaid plans or access.
✔ Same Portal & Channels: Continue using the Number People portal or your preferred recharge method.
✔ Existing Terms Apply: All agreements remain valid under their current terms.
✔ Seamless Transition: No disruptions to billing or customer support.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • For customers assigned to Raxxla LLC:
    • All prepaid service agreements (including renewals) will be governed by Delaware, USA law.
    • Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts, unless prohibited by local law.

Your Consent

If you do not object in writing within 30 days of this notice, the assignment will proceed. Your continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
