Ensure every call reaches the right person
Direct incoming calls to multiple destinations or VoIP users at once, making sure that your calls always reach someone. Whether you want calls to ring everyone or set up multiple groups for diferent teams of people, we’ve got you covered.
What is a call group?
A call group (sometimes also called a ring group) can be a single destination or a group of destinations or VoIP users which all ring at the same time. The first person available to answer will receive the call.
Call group members can be landline numbers, mobile numbers or VoIP users.
Why add more groups?
If you want to ring a phone or a group of phones first, then if they don’t answer, ring a different phone or a group of phones. This is when you will need more than one ring group.
You can also assign things like menu options to individual call groups so that call options can be routed to different groups of people depending on the option selected.
