Calls can be blocked via telephone number for inbound or outbound separately.  This is great if you receive spam calls from a certain number as these can be instantly stopped.

Call blocking can also be used to control types of calls made outbound via your Number People number.  Adding a partial telephone number to your outbound calls can block users from calling specific destinations so you could use this to allow only UK calls for example.
